Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All purchases on Samarohh are generally non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription plan, you are purchasing access to a specific set of event management capabilities, and that purchase is considered final upon payment confirmation.
Samarohh may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed. To request a refund, contact us at support@samarohh.com with your Order ID and reason.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
Event Date Change Fees
Fees paid to change an event's date are non-refundable under any circumstances. You are required to acknowledge this before completing a date change payment.
Deleted Events
If you delete an event associated with a purchased subscription, the subscription slot is consumed and no refund is issued. This applies to all plan types including INTIMATE, CLASSIC, GRAND, and ROYAL.
Season Plan Events Used
For Season Plans (bundles), once any event within the bundle has been created and used, the corresponding tier slot is consumed and cannot be restored or refunded — even if the event is later deleted.
Subscription Renewals
Charges for subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional or Discounted Purchases
Purchases made using promo codes, discount coupons, or special promotional pricing are not eligible for refunds.
Accounts in Violation
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
3. Multiple Plan Purchases
Samarohh allows purchasing multiple plans of the same type. Each plan purchase creates an independent subscription that can be assigned to one event. For example, purchasing three CLASSIC plans gives you three separate CLASSIC event slots.
Each plan purchase is a separate transaction and is subject to this refund policy independently. Purchasing multiple plans of the same type does not change refund eligibility for any individual plan.
Unused plan slots (subscriptions not yet assigned to an event) do not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund requests for unused plans are evaluated at Samarohh's sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us at:

Subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or Razorpay payment ID (found in your subscription invoice)
- Reason for the request
We review all requests and respond within 3–5 business days. Approval is at Samarohh's sole discretion. If approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
5. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Cancellation is separate from a refund. You can stop future charges at any time by cancelling your subscription auto-renewal — this does not generate a refund for the current period.
To cancel:
- Log in to Samarohh
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
